Our unique structural forming process and skilled craftsmen provide exceptional quality and tight radius bending with very minimal distortion or marring.  We have the capability of rolling and forming many sizes of structural steel sections, both easy, hard way and off-axis, to accommodate the most difficult and unique projects.

Welding & Fabrication

Our welding and fabrication department is staffed with skilled workers who pride themselves on providing the highest quality of services in the industry.  Some of our fabrication capabilities include:

We are set up for both small production welding and fabricating as well as repair and custom work.

Hot Forming

With our box and slot furnaces, open frame hammers, upsetting equipment and 300 ton forging press, Max Weiss has extraordinary capability to bend and form steel bar, plate or structural shape. We also have the material expertise and capacity for both production and short runs specifying carbon and alloy steel, copper, brass and stainless steel.
